St Brigid's National School is a mixed Catholic Primary School in the picturesque village of Clonegal, with 132 pupils on roll.
The staff includes an Administrative Principal, 5 mainstream teachers, 1.5 Special Education Teachers (SET) and 6 SNA's – five are working in the two special classes for pupils with autism and one is working in a mainstream class. We also have a full time secretary and a cleaner.
Our school is co-educational, under the patronage of the Bishop of Kildare and Leighlin. The school has a Catholic ethos but welcomes children of all faiths and none.
